A Blood Type Diet

Currently, a diet based on blood type be many choices of people who intend to lose weight. It is believed that every blood group has their individual needs are different from each other. Blood type diet is a diet by adjusting food intake with blood group owned. Because blood type is the key to the immune system, the program is believed to increase endurance, and form an antibody. This diet is becoming very popular, because it does not have to withstand excruciating meal, do not need excessive exercise, and most importantly this is a natural diet without interfering chemicals and do not need to bother looking for a daily intake. 

Popular diet programs today was first coined by Peter J. D'Adamo in his book "Eat Right 4 Your Type" in circulation since 1996. 

Food that does not conform to the body, can lead to onset of illness and rapid weight gain. Broadly speaking, foods are divided into three categories, which are beneficial foods, neutral, and dangerous or should be avoided. Blood type O is recommended to consume a lot of meat as their main source of nutrition is protein. Blood type B is a blood type that is more flexible, should not eat anything except poultry-Unggasan. Blood type A is recommended to eat a lot of carbohydrates and avoid meat, better to be a vegetarian. Blood type AB is a combination of A and B.

Neutral food consumed: 

- Meat: Chicken, turkey, pigeon 

- Eggs: The eggs of chicken, quail eggs, duck eggs, and other 

- Fruit: Melon, pear, cantaloupe, grapes, strawberries, cucumbers, kiwi, persimmon, guava, etc. 

- Corn, tapioca, wheat bread, tuna 

A blood type diet 

Food useful: 

- Vegetables: broccoli, ginger, pumpkin, carrot, onion, garlic, sledri, spinach 

- Fruits: Blueberries, blackberries, cranberries, lemon, pineapple, mango, watermelon, grapefruit, cherry 

- Nuts: Peanuts, beans, soybeans (tempeh, tofu), soy milk (soy) 

- Seafood: Fish sardines, salmon 

- Green tea, red wine, coffee 

The food is dangerous or should be avoided: 

- Meat: Cows, goats, ducks, sheep, rabbits, pigs 

- Seafood: squid, crab, clams, lobster, frog, octopus, shrimp, eel 

- Fruits: Oranges, papaya, plantain, tomatoes 

- Soda water, cow's milk, cheese, melon, coconut milk or coconut, potato 

As long as there are different responses of people who have a diet program based on blood type. Some say that the diet lost weight, others say that the weight does not go down, even even increased. This does not mean the food based on blood type just nonsense. This is because that despite following the diet as recommended but eaten in large portions and irregular weight may not be going down and even go up. 

In addition to this, there are several things to consider when undergoing a diet program. Blood Type Diet A can not lose weight when under stress. Eat small meals but often. Accompanied with exercise duration is not more than 30 minutes at least three times a week. 

Although not on a diet, there is no harm in eating according to blood type, because it can make the entry into sufficient and balanced nutrition.
